Most Foundations genuinely believe that many non-profits are started with the best intentions and want to help as many new and small organizations achieve these goals as possible. Unfortunately, they are often unable to do so because they are not ready.

Wouldn't it be great if these non-profits were turned down for funding opportunities and instead provided with a funding alternative that helps them fortify themselves for the next funding opportunity?
