Darlene Thomas, MSM, CGW is the founder of Ignite Results LLC. She holds a Masters of Science in Management degree and a Certified Grant Writer with over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Throughout her career, Darlene has held roles in strategic planning, program development, project management, grant proposal writing, marketing, and communication, consistently focusing on serving the greater good. Her work is more than a career—it’s a calling. The vision for Ignite Results was God given, and she continues to walk in that purpose every day. That divine inspiration fuels her commitment to helping new nonprofits that serve underserved populations achieve real and lasting impact.
In just the past year alone, she has successfully written over 10 awarded grants assisting organizations in securing the critical funding they need to grow and sustain their impact.
